What our members say

  • It was an absolute pleasure to live in Moorley and Tabitha's home and look after the delightful and lovable Beamer. They were very responsive throughout our stay and took time to ensure we had all the appropriate details and contacts for the two months we stayed. I was introduced to their neighbours and felt very cared for in their Community. All instruction was very clear and arrangements had been made so we were very well prepared for our time on Panjim - use of a car and bikes was a welcome treat. The back-up was excellent. The neighbours welcomed us and we were invited to a number of social events with them, thanks to Moorley and Tabitha's introductions. Happy memories! Karyll B. London, UK
  • Karyll and her partner Tim house sat for us and took care of our 13 year old Labrador Retriever for 2 months. They were very responsive in our initial communication, and managed to get their visas and travel arrangements made with very short notice. Throughout the 2 months that we were away, they did a fabulous job of looking after our pet and home. They are mature, balanced, caring and sociable people and got along great with our neighbours. When our dog unfortunately became sick in the last week, they took the initiative to consult the vet and kept us informed of his progress. Overall, we feel fortunate to have had Karyll and Tim house/pet sit for us. We would highly recommend them to other home/pet owners. Moorley D. Panaji, Goa, India
  • Kim & Ken are amazing hosts. From the first skype call we felt like we had been friends forever. We had great communication right up until our arrival where Kim and Ken met us at the airport. We were so pleased to have a few social days with them as this gave us a chance to get to know each other, have a few meals together, meet with the locals and we got introduced to the expat community whom we could call upon for anything if needed. We had a fantastic two months at Crucita, made so many friends and we will always have very fond memories. Now the kids.... Vader & Mixto are the most beautiful ,adorable cats with wonderful character's..We especially miss their hugs. I want to thank Kim & Ken for entrusting us with their fur kids & home. We miss them all dearly and if ever back in Ecuador will be sure to stay with our new friends. For now we are social media friends and love getting gato photo updates. Best wishes Rosie & Simon. • Rosie and Simon are Great! From the time we offered them the position and they accepted, Rosie kept in contact with us.  We became quick friends. While we were gone for 2 months, Rosie would check in every few days and send pictures of our kitty's.  The communication was great.  Our home was left tidy and everything in place. Upon our return Rosie had a fruit salad made for us and cold drinks ready. Our cats loved them! Vader & Mixto were very well cared for.  They were happy and content and so loved.  In fact, so happy and loved they ran from us when we got home and still slept with Rosie and Simon Thursday night.  :) Our community loved Rosie and Simon as well. We feel blessed to have found Rosie and Simon and we welcome them back anytime to our home both as sitters and as friends.  Our door is always open to them! Ken & Kim B. Crucita, Ecuador
